2001 Hunter Valley Semillon
Very pale lemon colour. Inviting, typical young Hunter semillon nose, with delicate wafts of cumquat and orange blossom. Lovely soft lanolin mouth feel with good citrus length. Shows apricot, peach and lemon characters on the palate, in a tight citrus case. Drink now with John Dory or leave for 5 to 15 years for a classic aged Hunter semillon.
